Thought of the week
You are my God,
teach me to do your will.
- St. Francis of Assisi
You are here: Home / Interiority
Interiority is what dwells in the depth of my being: my questionings, my pleasant or unpleasant feelings and emotions, my spiritual quest. It is the bridge joining my humanity and my spirituality. It is a personal space in which I can discover myself, make sense out of my life experiences, and leave behind my own way of death to choose, finally, the way of Life. “Choose Life.” (Deuteronomy 30, 19).
How to connect with my interiority?
By going down to the bottom of my being, as in a well, to find my Source of Living Water; to answer the question “what am I called to” or “why was I created” unique and different from everyone else; to attain my interior Temple inhabited by God and the sacred.
To achieve this, I must regularly give myself times of silence and of solitude.
