Clear Water Lake

1958-1972

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
In August 1958, six or seven Sisters set out with lunch in hand for Clearwater Lake in order to get the school ready to receive the students. They returned home every evening around six o'clock. Since there was more work than they were able to do, four Sisters of the Presentation, some Oblate Fathers and Brothers and some employees decided to help out. Finally, the house was organized and 200 students arrived between September 20 and 24, 1958.
