Mokhotlong (St. Peter)

GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The convent built on the site of the mission of St. Peter?s is located 11 kilometers from St. James and is joined to it by a road suitable for motor vehicles.

FOUNDING
Each year, the Sisters stopping over at the Camp on their way to catch a plane, to attend meetings of teachers or others, relied on the hospitality Father Perreault , the parish priest. More and more, the Sisters felt the need for a house to serve as a stop-over.

COMMITMENTS
Our Sisters teach at kindergarten level at St. Peter?s primary school. They also care for the sick at St. Peter?s Health Centre. They are involved in the parish in various activities with youths and adults.
